These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 977pk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 977pk.cam and all associated services, content and features offered therein.

4.4 Prohibited Persons

5.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

977pk may require users to complete an identity verification process (KYC) before accessing certain features, including deposits, withdrawals or higher betting limits. Verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document — for Pakistani users, this is ordinarily a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport — as well as proof of address where required and a selfie or liveness check. 8.1 Wagering Requirements

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, wagering in a manner designed purely to meet technical wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or participating in coordinated bonus-farming activity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, cancellation of bonus amounts and recovery of any associated withdrawals.

Any content you submit to the Platform — including comments, feedback or user-generated materials — grants 977pk a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify and publish such content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 977pk, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 977pk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.

Without limiting the foregoing, 977pk's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

977pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest or criminal conduct;
• Suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Request from law enforcement, regulatory authority or court order;
• Extended account inactivity in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy;
• Any other reason the Platform deems reasonably necessary to protect its interests or the interests of other users.

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to the Platform's support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable charges) shall be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and AML clearance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating entity is incorporated and licensed, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. Where the Platform is accessed by users in Pakistan, Pakistani users acknowledge that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may independently apply to their conduct.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief.

The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
